I just thought that I should point out that our counter has reached over 39 500 visitors.

Just because it is popular, does not mean that it is a good page.
And just how long has it been around? Also, I bet all the pagemasters you pester with your awards visit your page at least one.

Did you even see the second counter in your oh so thourough visit to our page?

Of course I did! Do you have any idea how unreliable Tripod counters are? If you hit the back button, it records that as a hit. So, I am willing to bet that about ½ of those hits to your page were from hitting the back button. The main page counter is the closest counter to being reliable. Or did you take that into thought?

Let's trust a Tripod counter to keep a reliable and accurate count of visitors! Also, the little script that supposedly told me how many times I'd been there said it was my eleventh visit (it was really my second).
Did you even stop to think that we don't give a rat's ass?
