Pikurl appeared in SailormoonS, episode 123. (Hametsu no Kage! Chinmoku no Messiah no Mezame {Shadow of Destruction! The Messiah of Silence's Awakening})
Her sister, Cyprine, targeted Chibi-usa for the purest heart crystal to awaken Mistress Nine. She combined forces and powers with Cyprine in battle against the Sailor Senshi. (You can tell this because the energy balls the two launch are blue and red) Pikurl appears. The senshi are shocked and have a difficult time battling the two witches. Each attack is reflected and repelled by the witches. It took teamwork and a lot of effort (A bubble spray on behalf of Sailormercury and combined efforts of Mars and Jupiter) to defeat the twins.

Here's how they did it: Mercury casted her bubble spray. Sailor Venus, Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars attacked. (These attacks were absorbed by the twins). Jupiter appears behind Cyprine, tackles her to the floor and angers her. Cyprine chases Jupiter. Pikurl tried to stop Cyprine, but Sailor Mars attacks Pikurl. As Pikurl and Cyprine, separated, try to avoid the attacks of Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter, they turn and fire at each other with their staves. (They cannot see because of the bubble mist) They kill each other.

Final thoughts about Pikurl in the Anime:

Rather clever, she uses the element of surprise. She does not appear to be short tempered and tries to stop her sister when they are separated. She is very powerful.

Pikurl can usually take charge immediately and likes to hog the glory, but does not realize it most of the time. She is usually nice, but when angered, is definitely someone you want to avoid.
